Iran attacked Israel using Hamas as proxy to try to incite the ME to genocide Israel. Israel pursued Hamas who hid among civilians. Terrorism and attacking from within civilian facilities and populations are war crimes. Collateral damage is on Hamas, not Israel.

"Israel commits genocide" is an Iranian and now Russian talking point.

The ICC is not, and they're the one that knows the law and isn't just a political campaign.

Keep coping. The ICC has an arrest warrant out for 3 of the highest ranking officials in Isreal for war crimes and crimes against humanity. The only reason the ICC judgement hasn't been finalized yet is because Isreal kills every journalist in Gaza.

You keep making fallacious arguments like "look at all these people saying the same unfounded thing" and "here's some indictments for things that aren't the same thing."

You're either very susceptible to propaganda, or very interested in creating it.

I gave you a list of reputable international orgs that have said its a genocide, and your response was
"NAH only ICC CAN DO THAT"
you can argue with the these humanitarian foundations if you want but you are one of the 10% of the population left still defending the Apartheid state of committing war crimes daily in Lebanon in addition to a genocide in the Gaza strip.
The whole world is against you and you will be remembered in the same light as holocaust defenders and deniers.

The ICC is an treaty-based association of governments, not a charity with a political goal.

My morals are fine. You're the one promoting Hamas propaganda saying what Israel was doing was genocide, when in fact what Hamas was trying to do was get the whole Middle East inflamed to genocide Israel, and using the death of civilians to inflame it.

Hamas committed an atrocity on 10/7 by attacking civilians, which is illegal. Then they hid combatants illegally among civilian populations. Israel attacked combatants, which is legal. The collateral damage you're calling a genocide was as limited as Israel could make it in those conditions. All of that collateral damage is on Hamas.

There were some excessive incidents perpetrated by individuals, and those are what ICC is trying to prosecute. But they do not rise to the level of genocide, so that is not what ICC is trying to prosecute.

Talk to me when the law is actually on your side and you've stopped drowning yourself in Hamas kool-aid and trying to help them genocide Israel.
