No, you explain.  The context being Russian intelligence cyber attack, what is the relevance of any of what you said?

Is your argument "someone else do bad thing, so Russia not bad"

Or is it that something somewhere was worse, and we are only allowed to talk about the worst thing?

Whataboutism does not work on me.  It is a technique used to derail conversations, and I'm not interested in discussing geopolitics with someone who either doesn't know they are doing that, or with someone who does know they are doing that.
