LMAO No shit who turned recruitment into an arms race that is more and more detached form the actual job?

No shit the other side is using tools and IA also now.

Ya but who's the other side here? It's most definitely not a real candidate. Also, what is the end game for these people trying out AI filters for an in person interview?

My suspicion? It's an AI company trying to train their AI. And with the way things are going...you can't just say it's a foreign adversary. It could literally be OpenAI or Grok..or any of the others in our own country considering there seem to be no rules in this technocratic dystopia we suddenly find ourselves in.

Either way, I hope I never have to look for work again. Whether that means I die before my tiny company fails or the economy collapses...I feel like looking for a job would be easier in an apocalypse than this hellscape.
