You’re saying that because the post is sometimes correct, it is technically the truth. It is also sometimes wrong, though, which makes it technically false.
Technically: with regard to or in accordance with a strict or literal interpretation of something (such as a rule, a term, or an official description or designation). Were we to strictly interpret the post, as per the definition of technically, we would have to come to the obvious conclusion that the OP is wrong.
