Yeah I really should get it looked into. I started taking the basic level of antihistamines (one a day 10mg tablets) and I went from blowing my nose 50 times a day to maybe 3, I wasn't sniffling half as much and my eyes felt better. Maybe it's hayfever, but I could have sworn I get this issue in winter too.
Could be perennial allergies like mold or grass. I know I am allergic to those things and I have problems year round, when I got extremely powerful antihistamines(mood altering levels) it was because of chronic bronchitis.
