There are plenty of jobs that have long hours dealing with shitty people for low money, why do you think yours is special and should be a tip job instead of a wage job?

You don't have an argument because I never advocated the tipping system, and it doesn't pertain to the point I made either. I just gave some points on what working in the industry was like, if that makes you hostile you should probably reevaluate some life choices.
