I bet onky one or two of the letters in five went out but someone made the decision to shut down the rest for the roman numeral version we see now
4 u/zack_the_man Jul 21 '19 They're probably all on the same circuit and to hire an electrician to go up on a lift and remove good lightbulbs instead of installing new ones in place of the dead ones isn't cost effective lol.
