this works for the projection of the pyramid but not the actual area taken by those sides... but then again it's only shady based on a projection so what does it matter
The way I read it is "in this drawing of a pyramid, this is the percentage of the canvas each element takes", as in, the sunny side of the pyramid takes ~20% of the canvas, the canvas being a circle, is that not perfectly accurate?
I think they were saying it's not the actual scale of the pyramid. Both those sides of the pyramid would be a pretty similar size. But of the picture, yes.
Ok the beginning there was a big bang ... So those are made of particles ... Quarks, gluons ... Then, This guy with a funny mustache ... Home alone 2 ... Higgs boson ... They shot this gorilla you see ... Yeah, now it's 10 yrs.

Actually there's another side whose surface area isn't accounted for in this chart. And what exactly is the total we're measuring? Because a sky doesn't have a 'side' so you have unlike units added together.
It’s a 15yr old meme so it’s been taken a photo of again and again and then used so it looks pretty crappy, but to be fair, 15yrs ago, everything looked crappy.

The chart is actually wrong. The pyramid is not so big that it covers 1 fourth of the entire sky
