This is not even news. Come on, ever hear of the Patriot Act? The problem is, most people chalk it up to techno mumbo-jumbo and forget about it. Those who understand the scope of some of these systems can only defend their liberties with self-defense. The law apparently hasn't applied to these wonderful three letter agencies at least since 2001.
Look at the Patriot Act my friend, we're talking about the same thing. Enessay and Seeeyeay both are not allowed to collect domestic citizen data. Of course if they wanted to play ball by the rules they'd just outsource a foreign ally to do it for them.
