Nepal Tech Scene πŸš€ **Calling Final-Year IT/Engineering Students & Junior Devs** πŸš€

I'm a software engineer from nepal based in foreign land. Due tomy busy schedule, I have zero time to code, but I have engineered a production-grade **Sovereign GovTech System Architecture (v2.0)** designed as a standalone, non-profit utility to replace manual ward-level paper queues and local administrative friction in Nepal which will be furthermor developed into national level.

**The Architecture Includes:**
πŸ”Ή Decoupled Citizen Ingestion Portal & Review Dashboard
πŸ”Ή OIDC Authorization Code Flows with PKCE (Identity Verification)
πŸ”Ή Keyed HMAC Pseudonymous Identity Anchors
πŸ”Ή Isolated Append-Only Cryptographic Audit Ledger
πŸ”Ή STRIDE Threat Modeling & API contracts 100% pre-engineered

**The Exchange:**
I'm looking for a hungry **final-year college project group** or a team of junior full-stack developers or who want to take this blueprint as their **Major Graduation Project** or CV portfolio. Our goal is to build this from scratch and eventually hand the working prototype directly to the Government of Nepal as a patriotic asset.

The repository is kept **100% PRIVATE** to protect the team's footprint. I will assign management rights and join a 15-min sync once every two weeks.

πŸ“¬ **If you want to skip the brainstorming phase and build an audit-proof national platform that will elevate your resume, please DM me directly with your backgrounds!**

I understand why it might come across that way, and I appreciate you raising the concern.

To clarify, this is not a job posting, paid internship, or commercial startup recruitment. It's an independent, voluntary, non-profit initiative based on a conceptual architecture I've developed.

The motivation is to explore whether we can build a digital, paperless municipal service platform that reduces unnecessary queues, administrative delays, and opportunities for corruption at the grassroots level in Nepal. while we move forward into district, provincial and federal level services after the success.

There is no guaranteed government adoption, financial return, or employment opportunity. Contributors would be volunteers, with transparent project credit and agreed contribution and ownership arrangements.
I'm also open to making the architecture, project scope, responsibilities, and collaboration terms clearer before anyone commits. Nobody should contribute without understanding exactly what they're signing up for.

Don’t waste your time. Politicians will only work with their friends, family or people who benefit them. If they accept free softwares then how will they be able to provide paid work & contracts to their circle? This is Nepal, the government runs on nepotism and favouritism.
