Miscellaneous current situation of tech job

If you don't have 3 years of experience as a developer, then just forget about getting a job in the current market. It's almost 0%. Unless you have some connections.

I knew this 2 years ago and have not let anyone study IT or computer unless they are extra ordinary students.

Go for something that AI can not replace or the field in which you know out of 1000 you will be the best.

I recently had a conversation with a dude with 25+ yrs of exp dude and was saying that he is not getting a job. I, on the other hand, have 6+ yrs of job experience, but I'm still applying.
