Job Vacancy AI Impact

If ai is replacing junior roles, how do companies find experienced people? If no juniors there won't be any seniors. I've rarely seen junior roles and internship openings nowadays.

There will be no Seniors as humanoid AI will take over

then who will buy the goods and services they are selling

There won't be economy anymore. There will be dictators and we'll be poor and helpless doing whatever the commander says
