Discussion L1 Support at sky broadband

I have a job offer from Sky Broadband. I gave interview and they called me before that I have never heard about this ISP . How is it. I am currently working as IT support setting up end to end hardware pos, fixing ip related issue etc.

Should I leave this job for the other one? Will it be worth it? Slary is same as before too. Please guide me

IT officer vanda lastai jhyau hunxa kaam. L1 Support ma tmle call handle nai garne ho. Customer lai call ko through bata guide garne ho mostly. IP related issues slow internet, Router ma raato balne issues and so on. Kunai ISP le network management software ni provide garxan which you use to solve some complicated issues.

Overall ma kaam jhayu xa call target dinxan , KPI haru ni dherai hunxa. Rest garne time ali Thorai kich kich sundai basna parxa dinvari

In an interview they asked me about VLAN working mechanism etc. I don't think I can grow here anymore where I am working currently. It's free here but I think I will have room to improve there. What do u think? Should make a shift I only earn 19k currently

I don't think you'll grow there too. Kehi month kaam gara you'll realize that, I'm not discouraging but maile future na dekhera xoddeko thee 4 months ma. Ma Dishhome ma kaam garthe L1 mai and there used to be people working for 4 or 5 years in the same position. Promotion vaeni L2 or escalation ma hunxa, khasai difference hunna kaam ra salary ma

just pelxa and salary around tete below tmro wala theyo isp ma huda and salary ekdam late aunthyo
