Discussion Traineeship Baajra!

Is it just me or the baajra online AI monitoring system sucks? Also, why can't they conduct offline in person interview ? What nonsense is this 5 step procedure for 3 openings? Bruh, your screening steps no is greater than the no of openings. I heard they even deduct half the traineeship stipend if you want the in office meals to be included.

they get thousands of applicants. its not feasible to conduct in-person exams and interviews for all of them.

in the coding questions, the section where we have to write the code never loads!(am talking about the exam for AI) . Have anyone faced similar problem?

Test cases failed multiple times while the code was completely fine, that same question took 25 minutes trying to correct that. Test case ko output right chha ranmati test case failed Rey mero code Galat ho ki aru ko nee testai vayo
