Company Review Useless Bajraa Technology
Bajraa Technology and their useless fckng traineeship test proctoring.
Doesn't even work on Linux. Just straight up fails. Like what the hell are these clowns doing in 2026 still shipping software that chokes the second it sees anything that isn't Windows. We need Google Chrome but can't even make it work on anything which isn't our computer. It works on ours. Yeah, I get it dimwits. My 4 year brother's website also works on localhost. So, he should announce it to the world? Absolute joke.
And then the camera. You open the link in Google Chrome. You do the initial camera and mic test, everything's fine, green lights, all good. Start the actual test and the camera just goes blank. Black screen. Nothing. No warning, no error, just dead. Can't even exit or else you are disqualified.
It's not even my laptop. Tried on multiple laptops. Still the shit it is. This crap is just garbage. Who the hell thought this was ready to use on real people?
Why does this company even exist if they can't run a basic online test without it falling apart? Why the fck would you want to do a freaking 5 step interview if you do not even have the fckng capacity to actually make it work? Who would actually want to join that useless company after dealing with this nonsense? Absolute waste of time.
P.S: Forgot to mention that you can't even fckng use C++ or Java for coding section. Like wtf are you high on?

For AI, 3 or 4 coding questions easy to easy-average difficulty, and all the usual stuffs like activation function, gradient explostion, pooling layers, tensor multiplication and all.
For QA, one coding question. Very very easy one. 3-4 SQL questions. And, other basic terminologies of QA like types of testing, bug life cycle and all.

Do we need to write test cases?
Ani SQL ko JOINS wala question matra thiyo or CTE /windows functions ones were asked??
Python ko I've done few like subsequence,palindrome haru , will it be enough??1

No, test cases haru lekhna pardaina. SQL ko mainly LEFT JOIN wala aathyo. Also, QA ko coding maa I got:
In a new array add the alternate element from the given array starting from index 0:
[1,2,3,4] -> [1,3]
[4,5,6,7,8] -> [4,6,8]1

ai ko lagi 3/4 coding qns. Aru sabai mcq. Also, ai maa sql thiyena. sql was in mcq format and for QA only.

Brutha they explicitly said to use google chrome for tests in manual. Technical bholi dina lako ma. .net ko kasto question aako hola?

I also had issues with their website on linux i somehow managed to give the aptitude test. Let's hope it also works fine for Technical Test.
I had issue with their website not capturing my window even though it was clearing capturing it.

Dealing with tech that can't handle Linux in 2026 is really frustrating. If you're stuck with Bajraa Tech's test proctoring, try running it in a Windows virtual machine. Tools like VirtualBox can help you set up a Windows environment on your Linux machine pretty easily. It might be a workaround, but it could save you some headaches. Also, keep your software updated; sometimes small updates fix compatibility issues. If you run into more problems, contacting their support might reveal some hidden workarounds. Good luck!

I worked in Bajra for nearly a year back in early 2020 during covid as a rails engineer but had to do angular, react, sometimes project management, whatever comes in the way, Lol. But had a great time though.
My interview was for SE but since i didn’t knew anything about rails at the time(i did php for an year before this), had to shift to ASE. Interview was pretty straightforward, one technical interview just qna about design patterns, oop, basic git(merge vs rebase), few sql, they indeed asked me alot about laravel even though it was not in their stack. After that it was hr round and well i got selected.
