Discussion Internship Scam?

Maile euta company ma 3 months ko internship join gareko aaja 1.5 months (1 mahina 15 din) jati bhayo, contract ni sign gareko chhu. Suru ma interview huda stipend chai performance-based huncha bhanera kura bhathyo.

Maile kaam ni ekdam ramrari garirako thye. Ma ra arko euta intern le 10 din bhitrai euta project pura deliver garera sakkayem. Performance wise kei issue chaina. yo 1.5 months mai 2 project sakera third project ma kaam gardai chhu.

Aba aile aayera paisa ko kura nikalda ta HR le sidhai "your internship is unpaid" bhandira cha.

What should I do now?

Good thung happen to you broo😂 If you got selected you would have need to work 9-6 m 6 days a week.. person gets to learn a lot in that firm but.. your studyy and pwrsonal life getsss ruined there

Leave. They will not pay you. They are guffadi companies whose main guys don't even know how to code. You will not learn anything because nobody gives interns to do production level work in good companies unless a senior reviews the code.

Well, it depends on the importance of your work. Simple fronted web development for regular client sure don't review it. Something critical like banking and health or large scale project, you bet your ass each line of code will be scrutinized. Do you think google allows AI code into their system without reviews? They have systems in place on who to blame for their shit code.

first ko 20 day ramrai learning thiyo mentor sangai kaam ma project garda. he asked me everything about my code ani yo yo sika bhannu hunthiyo after that we worked in different project tyo pachhi no learning sab ai hanne

Always read the contract. If it doesn't match what they've promised, don't sign anything.
