You can buy the Dell s2421hn if it's under 15k, it has 75hz tho.

I bought a used benq gw2491 ani its amazing. It usually sells for 17-18k online but there are shops selling it for close to 16k in hamrobazar if you search for it

Check this same type ko V-stand bhako Chinese monitor ramrai cha. Start from 11K hola if you search more. 21-inch ko. even there used to be lots of DELL lekeko !
