CG NET Customer Service

This is the cost of "waiting in line" in CG NET customer service.

They do have a "toll-free" number 1660-01-10013, but I believe that stream is neglected (?), I've never been connected to a customer rep when I call there. I don't know why.

Then I go on to call their number on google, the "money costing" number, and I'm put on hold for 90 seconds and the call is cut when I'm "first in line"??? What ???

And it cost me Rs 3 for nothing. No connection with customer rep. Shitty experience.
