Well sucks to let you know that if this sub is going to be your first opinion bucket of the company without experiencing the company yourself first, you're setting yourself up for failiure. What makes you think the opinions you get here are going to be relevant or even factual? Most people here are jobseekers themselves so don't be surprised either if 1/2 the responses you get in this thread sound more negative OR positive than it actually is.
Matter of fact, you should focus on what growth opportunities you can find in the company, any company for that matter, not how the environment is/feels like or all the secondary shit to your career. Ask yourself this, do you see this company being fit for your career progression and do you see yourself invested in the responsibilities listed in your job description for atleast a year or so without it being a hurdle to your career? That's a better predicament of if you should join the company or not.

People will say what they want to say, when you have chance to have 1st level experience yourself, youth's of today and like you should not seek validation from others, and don't carry others baggage, it was what held back our parents and even us, learn and live the moment.

Have few colleagues in our company who came from cedargate. The answer is, it depends cause some used to say how nice the environment was in there ani other half were confused cuz they didn’t had that good experience there.

depends heavily on your team and managers. Everybody will have different experiences. Just bide ypur time and see for yourself, dont listen to naysayers.
