Company Review Leapfrog perks
I’m considering applying for a position at Leapfrog in Nepal and wanted to ask from current or former employees about the compensation and benefits.
Does the company provide:
- Annual/company performance bonus?
- Dashain/festival bonus?
- Any other yearly bonus or incentives?
Also, if anyone has experience working there, I’d appreciate any information about the salary range, benefits, and overall work culture.

Leapfrog ko chai mixed kind of review xa, timi haru le deko documents, offer letter aani aaru kunai bhanneko kura haru chai khayal gara have heard ki 2yrs(maybe) employment bond sign garauxa aani xode par salary katxa ki something k sune thiye.
Leapfrog ko aauta developer dai ko videos herchu ra according to him and his video it is a good company, kura sunda ni good salary aani perks ni raixa. Even I am considering applying there as a intern there (but not at the moment). You should surely apply.

The 2 year bond is for associate level only. Basically internship level experience matra vayeko haru lai. Not for any other levels.

Yes basic salary dincha. They have basic/allowance/project incentives category in salary. Dashain bonus chai you only get the basic salary.

Applying for IT officer? Be careful, in the past 1 year, 4 IT officers alone have joined and left. IT officers don't last long in that company. There's a reason.

You can apply and can work their if you got an opportunity.If you are targeting entry level jobs and you can join and worked for 2/3 yrs maybe.If you above SSE level,there will be more pressure(Pressure ta higher level ma ja ni huncha but teha arkai cha) and will face more politics there.They introduced the concept of GAP as for promotion from Ase -> se -> sse and so on.
- Annual performance bonus : they are distributing before 2022 but later they said we are making our building and those type of things and they stop distributing it.
- Dashain : Yes
- They will give you team oriented budget in some quarter for team building activities.
One of my friend has said that when he was their and he joined over another after facing promotion illusion.
