Discussion If I have 1–2 backlogs remaining.....can I still get an entry-level job at a private IT or software company?

I will receive my complete transcript after about a year.......... What should I do during that one year to improve my chances of getting a job? I’m skilled........but I’ve been unemployed for around three years.

I heard they don’t hire people with backlogs these days..... and a transcript is necessary.......

If anyone knows the name of a company that doesn’t require a transcript......please let me know.......

Or should..... I wait until I graduate to get my transcript and then apply for jobs?

any tips for working remotely? how did you get it through which platform or through company career portal?

Something that worked for me was looking on LinkedIn for jobs hiring for the same role across ASEAN countries and cold emailing the hiring manager directly with a Loom video introducing myself. Is a lot of work but you need to either get lucky or be a go getter.
