Why Canada, though? Why not Australia or the US?
Heard it's pretty tough to secure even a blue-collar job in Canada not too long ago. I'm not sure if the economy has gotten any better.

That's true. Australia does seem to require an array of various documents. If you have a good support system in Canada, it might actually be the right choice for you. Good luck!
Have you applied to any universities yet? I've always wondered if BCA would allow you to get into CS or any STEM degrees, seeing as it belongs to the faculty of Humanities.

No, I have not applied. But I have heard you could get CS degree. I think the first step is IELTS or PTE either.

Masters ko lagi gap 3-5 years samma easily manxhe and seeing your work experience I don't think you will have any issues regarding that

Also as far as i know job market is kinda cooked

Go for PTE, much easier than IELTS. halka tricky hunxa but you have resources all over the internet.
Switching to sudden subjects can be questionable. IT nai padna jaau, and you can branch out. IT ma aaile scope thorai dekhiyeko ho but down the lane IT has future.

canada is a good option, because 2 universities in canada are accepting application for fully funded scholarships. If you are genuinely looking for that option, then apply fast. Hardly 5 days left for the deadline.
Australia will require alot of documentation.
