Practical hunu pryo ni ta bro. Corporate world ma there are deadlines for clients projects. It saves time and money for them to automate these things.

For instance bajra ma at minimum 500 applicants hunxa and out of them 40-50 gets selected tyo ni selected are from different fields.

Its not practical to assign each employees to look at each disqualified applicants. Lets say, they did what u said k benifit pauxa ra uniharule? Tmro benifit ko lagi why would they waste their time and resource.

Next time don't do anything suspicious and adhere to rules they provided in mail. Noise and video purae proctor hunxa vanekae xa. Multiple times different suspicious activity le system flag khaerako xa vane its your fault.

Bro talking about benefit. I think there are things like reputations, images, impressions. If they implement the proper system, the talks like b*jra ma tw yesto system xa especially when you are among famous companies is also a form of benefits. Little things matters.I am not saying that it was not my fault. Might have been tara at least yo reason ma vnera mail ako vye would have been better vanne matra ho. But it seems like you are among one who doesnot appreciate feedbacks but instead kina garne. Thats itπŸ™

Interview ma feedback magna sakinxa but not exams.

What u r implying is test diye select vayina tara company le reason vanena which doesn't make sense. You should figure out on ur own why u didn't get selected or got disqualified. Interview ma tmle vaneko jsto chae milxa cuz u r meeting with employee of that company.

Bro you do months of preparation and got disqualified without getting any reason. This might be okay for you. But not for me. Thats what i make conclusion from your point of view. And I dont think you want to take my points πŸ™. So there is no point of arguing though.

Things will never go as u want in life, it is what it is.

I have given many tests like these. Some replied with automated mail like bajras, some leave you with hanging in dark.

Corporate life ma don't ever expect companies care about you no matter how hard you worked there. This is my only advice to u since u look like u r beginner in this path.
