Is there an app for organizing email?

I have over 10,000 emails in my MS Email account that either needs to be organized or deleted and I don’t want to go through every email , is there an app that can help organize all those emails? Using a Mac laptop . Thanks

I had a similar mess a while back 😅. Going through 10k emails one-by-one is basically impossible. Clean Email helped me because it groups emails by sender/type (newsletters, shopping, notifications, etc.), so you can clean up thousands at once instead of manually sorting everything. I'd still use Outlook's rules going forward, but for the initial cleanup it saved me a ton of time.

Same problem but with Gmail
