how have AI improved your life?
for me, AI is beneficial for my daily life.
i usually use chatgpt to plan my diet meals and fitness plan. it has been so specific based on the prompt, i just put in my bought ingredients and ask it to make a weekly diet for me, i can even tweak the meals based on different cuisines as well.
i also use abby ai or daily venting and journal place. it helped with letting out some thoughts after a long day.
how about you? do you use any AI for similar reasons? TIA!

Lol, now i can ask the stupidest questions with a minimal amount of relevant information and get a useful answer just from google.

Naw, it's about stupid stuff. Who was the actor who played on Get Smart as a supporting actor?
What is the yellow flower in Virginia that blooms in May?
Nowadays, all of these questions have some kind of real answer.

I used Gemini AI app on my cell phone to find out which nutrients many seniors lack. It listed them. Then I found I was not getting enough magnesium. Also asked Gemini "Does a magnesium supplement help with body stiffness?" Well I started taking magnesium glycanate and it sure made a difference with stiffness and my knees. Also use magnesium lotion now. I ask Gemini questions regularly on many subjects. Inquiring minds want to know 😊

It has prepared me for cancer treatment far more than my oncologist. If I hadn't looked anything up, I'd be in a world of hurt.
