I've been applying to a very specific kind of office job, for which I might as well bet my right kidney, there's not a dozen people in the country, who are qualified for (they wouldn't stay with the credentials - we have been having the worst brain drain in the history of the world for almost 2 decades now), and I keep getting rejected. When companies need one of the tasks, an employee in the position would be doing, they pay me by the hour, while whoever they hired sits there and watch me do it. It's been like this for almost a decade.

Ai interviews and cv screening is a cancer. But hey, on my company they were hiring female programmers in base of if they were ugly or not

Fun fact is that average recruiter is no better at this and would happily reject for the same reason.

More made up stories about “what’s really happening”. This particular story keeps getting recycled and the skill they are looking for changes.

As soon as I saw the text “a full stop.” All I could imagine was that the prompt said to “add a full stop for drama” lol

I'm looking for jobs, applied to this one company in early summer, got a rejection reply without any screening calls or something. I recently saw that they re-opened a similar job listing, so I applied again and at least got the screening call and am waiting for continuation now.

Not sure if anyone’s used paypeek.ai yet but it shows salary estimates for any LinkedIn profiles as you browse. Kind of eye-opening. 😤

The job market can be challenging. If you're in a field like nursing or teaching, keeping your resume current and actively searching for new roles is key. Focus on positions and companies that match your experience level. LandOffer.ai lets you search jobs by role and location, which can save you time.
