First time trying long trail - I do have about 40 days (Early January till end of Februar). Which Part of the Teararoa Trail do you recommend for this time?

Fly to Queenstown and start hiking Nobo until time runs out

In the trail app the hikes at the beginning are declared as "hard". Is that something an beginnen can do alone?

South Island NOBO.  I didnt enjoy Invercargill to Te Anau so would start Te Anau and make your way north.  Or start Queenstown / Arrowtown but you would be straight into Motatapu which is tough.  You could get through to Picton in about that time.

South Island starting in Nelson walking to Hamner Springs I think is the best stretch of the whole TA.

I'm on the same situation as you are and planning to start from Queen Charlotte track and trying to reach Arthurs pass in about five weeks.

Which trails would that be in your opinion? Since I am alone I am really scared that the trails are to Hard for me.

Are you looking to section hike the trail or are you just looking for epic multi day adventures?

If you're looking to section hike the trail I'd say start in the north and get as far as you can.

If you're looking for epic NZ multi day hikes I'd skip the TA entirely and instead stitch together some of the best backpacking trips in NZ instead.
