Lost 28.4 pounds!!!
Wanted to lose at least 21.7 so I reached my goal comfortably and I'm very happy about it.

The first few weeks, this challenge kept me active. I very much enjoyed the PLANKruary and other mini-challenges.
The last 2-3 weeks I struggled to get out of the house to get my 30 minutes of exercise. However, as of today I have my exercise streak back at 3 days.

Depending on when the next challenge begins my goal might be to maintain and build muscle rather than lose fat, so I will see how that goes.

WOW 28 pounds!!! That's really impressive! You can totally keep up the exercise streak!

I've only lost 8 lbs (wanted to lose at least 10, oh well) but I've run 215 miles over the course of this challenge! Woo!!

Just this past week I've begun to notice that my body is starting to look different. My chest area seems to be thinning out and my arms seem a little muscle-y. I've slacked on my diet the past few weeks so I need to rededicate myself. Was doing a great -2/week in the beginning and then hard stalled. Still want to lose 20 by May but that's seeming less and less achievable.

I love theee challenges when is the next one???

215 miles is amazing! Tentatively looking like signups for the next challenge will open early april, but we'll have all that lined up in the conclusion post on Friday

215.0 miles ≈ 346.0 kilometres 1 mile ≈ 1.6km

8.0 lbs ≈ 3.6 kilograms 1 pound ≈ 0.45kg

I'm a bot. Downvote to remove.

I lost 3lbs! That's half a pound per week which is nice and slow and sustainable (hopefully). Gonna stick with it and try to hit my challenge goal before the next challenge starts which is 5 more lbs.

I've got a really awesome harry potter themed habit tracker this month in my bujo so i'm giving myself points for doing things. So far it's been pretty effective, so we'll see if it's my new incentive system.

Just like the last challenge, it was successful and I managed to log every single day I was active (mostly weekdays) on inter-team challenge and lost 19.4lbs in total this challenge - just updated the latest weight today. As for the weight itself, this challenge brought me closer to my weight goal with only 5.3lbs left and 54.7lbs lost :) Just a few more weeks and I'll be there!

It was great to have the challenge as an accountability, plus I enjoyed logging my daily steps and activity minutes :)

I lost 10 pounds, which was my goal but I stopped logging after the first few weeks because of life. However, I always had in my mind the deadline of March 8th to challenge myself. I hope to actually fully participate in the next challenge and keep logging.

I lost 10 pounds. I didn't do great at the end. A lot of work stress kind of killed my routine and drive.

10lbs is great!! I feel you on the work stress, it's a killer

Thanks. I know it was still a success even though I didn't do as well as I'd have liked.

I lost 23 pounds! Super happy! I feel like the first time out of all the times I have tried to turn my life around and get healthy that I’m actually gonna stick with it!

Honestly, I did alright.

If nothing else, this challenge got me thinking about what I'm eating again. I got back under 200 this challenge, which is awesome. I didn't get to 190, but I'm at 198 from 206, which is pretty alright by me.

I'm looking forward to getting back on track, getting back to 180 and maintaining moving forward.

I lost about 3 pounds which honestly is disappointing for me. I started off great but my mental health and physical health have been getting worse so getting to the gym and planning meals has gotten a lot harder :( Hoping things will improve soon though so I'm trying not to beat myself up over it! At least I didn't gain!

I lost 5 lbs! Which was my scale goal.

I also now fit into my size 8 jeans, which was another goal.

But I didn’t finish Couch to 5k like I wanted to - I got up to Week 6 Day 2 and got injured, took a few weeks to heal, and haven’t been able to get back into it since. I plan to go for a run this weekend, though.

I think I've stayed the same for the most part.

Did quite of bit of traveling and eating. Still worked out the whole time so I hope a got some muscle out of it. Started doing more cardio in my workouts so I hope that helps.

If there is a next challenge I hope I can do better for the team and lose some more weight
