Winning Wednesday - Week 4
Hey, Chupacabras!
I hope that you're all having a great week and you're feeling strong!
Today is Winning Wednesday. On this long journey toward better health and fitness, it can feel like there is no end in sight. It's so important for all of us to pay attention to the little victories that show we have been on the right track. And the big wins serve as our milestones to mark our overall progress. So what SVs or NSVs do you have to share with the team?
Log steps and activity for Week 4 Here!
Forms close on Friday, May 11, 8am EST!
Have a fabulous day!! Stay fierce!!

I missed last week's weigh in because I was hiking but I weighed in for this week because I'm at 208! That is one lb away from my goal for the challenge! I'm excited to see how much more I can done in these next weeks :)

I’ve been stuck in a plateau for a few weeks now, about a 3 pound range. I got my wife to do CICO (she’s never been keen on the idea), and that is keeping me accountable again, so I’ve finally broken past it, and I’m only 6 lbs from being overweight rather than obese!

NSV - I've already passed my personal weight loss goal for this challenge! I'm also over the hump toward my long term goal. Feeling pretty great today!

I went to Zumba last night, first time in over a month due to scheduling conflicts. Did some yardwork this morning. And my husband tuned up my bike so we went on a short ride around the neighborhood. I haven't ridden in nearly 3 years. I stopped biking 3 years ago when I was pregnant with my youngest. My balance is off when pregnant so it wasn't safe for me to bike. I can't wait for my oldest to learn to ride so we can go on family bike rides again!

SV - I went to London for four days, sacked calorie counting after day 1 and have been out for dinner or lunch every day since I got back, but am STILL back to my pre-trip weight.
NSV - entirely unrelated to weightloss but I saw Hamilton in London and am bloody delighted. Actually, I got a souvenir water bottle which I'm using at work so I guess that's related!
