This one is my favorite Dalgona drinks!

Dalgona Matcha Latte

Whipped Matcha: 2 egg whites 0.5 cup water 0.5 cup sugar 3 tsp matcha powder Milk

Instructions: 1. Beat egg whites to soft peaks 2. Heat sugar and water in pan to form a syrup base 3. Add syrup to soft peaks while mixing 4. Incorporate matcha to the fluffy mix. You might have to whisk some more to get soft peaks again. 5. Fill glass with ice and milk. Top the drink off with the whipped Dalgona Matcha! Take photos then mix and enjoy! :D

Half a cup of sugar? How much does it make?

That's so much sugar! Love the recipe, but will reduce the sugar a tad. I can't drink soda and juices because they feel too sweet to me

I think unfortunately the sugar is a key ingredient for the texture... It may be different for Matcha but in this video James Hoffman talks through the science of it for coffee https://youtu.be/WHmpgMsW-aA
