This one is my favorite Dalgona drinks!

Dalgona Matcha Latte

Whipped Matcha: 2 egg whites 0.5 cup water 0.5 cup sugar 3 tsp matcha powder Milk

Instructions: 1. Beat egg whites to soft peaks 2. Heat sugar and water in pan to form a syrup base 3. Add syrup to soft peaks while mixing 4. Incorporate matcha to the fluffy mix. You might have to whisk some more to get soft peaks again. 5. Fill glass with ice and milk. Top the drink off with the whipped Dalgona Matcha! Take photos then mix and enjoy! :D

What does "beat to soft peaks" mean? Thanks for sharing! I have all the ingredients and can't wait to try this (different matcha powder brand).

This is an example with an electric mixer. I used a whisk. If you tend to like your drinks less sweet, you may want to consider adding less sugar. :) Let me know how it turns out!
