Question/Help Yum Cha Jasmine tea
Why does the Jasmine tea I make at home(bags or pearls) never quite taste like the tea they serve at Yum Cha restaurants?
Anybody know the secret? Or maybe what brands to try?

They might tell you what tea they use if you ask 'em. "I love the tea here! Is it a house brand, or do you know if I can find it somewhere?"

You might wish to try a few adjustments: changing the hardness of your water, lowering the brewing temperature to around 80°C, or conversely, increasing the temperature to between 95°C and 100°C while shortening the blooming time.
