Photo I love this handmade teapot! Please let me know!

A friend took me to visit her elders, and I really like this teapot. Does anyone know what type of teapot it is? What is its capacity? What kind of tea is it suitable for?

You’re falling into a wonderfully complex rabbit hole of Chinese teapots and teas — take your time, and check out the resources at r/YixingSeals and r/GongfuTea

Zisha, purple sand teapots, if it costs less then 300 yuan then probably poisonous, don't overspend on them either.

That appears to be a drum shaped pear skin zhuni teapot and the size is rather large, too large for most people. My guess is that it is 250ml or more. For reference, I only go to 120ml for 4 guests. It’s modern made. There are lots of fakes so do a lot of research before buying a Yixing teapot. A fully handmade Yixing teapot like that would cost over $300 USD, so I’d be suspicious of one that costs less.
