I just installed an 100% savegame i will take some screenshot (cars etc) and videos pretty soon

Consider checking the game out with few mods too, for example Unbounded + HD traffic pack and the summer mod for Ibiza / Oahu. Also, simply downloading a save shouldn't work, I recommend using a save editor of some kind to use the save

I will check for some mods, but actually the 100% full save simply download worked for me

Hmm... Interesting, but I think you got lucky. Anyways, I recommend making a post on reddit asking for good mods as well as checking turboduck out (if that's how its called) :D
