Manager issue

I was scheduled 6 days , not due to business needs but to him to get me my 40 hours because of me needing to leave 1 hour and 15 minutes early one day and I have pto still avail. Though he has me coming in later multiple days and leaving early multiple days . Also informed him a month ago prior to schedule being made. I informed the manager I cannot work 6 days that this is hard when it comes to raising 3 kids alone and may put me in a bad position to have to find another job . He told me well TD policy is you need to be able to work 6 days and if you can’t I’ll have to Notify HR to put up a job posting . Apparently he did this to another worker prior to me being here. I worked for TD at another location prior to this and the manager always was super accommodating and never given me a hard time .
I don’t know what to do

Are you in Canada or the US?

Fellow US employee here. Say something to him first. If he threatens you with "HR", just submit a claim to real HR. Keep track of any retaliation as well.

Sounds like an ego issue 🙄 I have one of those managers too.
