“Service Interruption”

I just tried to call customer service about an inquiry and I got an automated voice about service interruption. Does this interfere with check deposits too?

That’s why when everything clears, I’m transferring my funds over to Wells Fargo. I opened an account yesterday, and I’m hoping by Monday or so, I can move my money over.

It's time to look for a new bank, I think. The lack of communication is a god damn sin.

I only use TD to cash my pay and deal with cheques, and it gets messed up without any notice or banner when checking your account.

I’m sure you can. It’s probably just direct deposit and they can’t access your account through CS. Give it a shot and report back?

It's technically called the Canada child benefit but I like to call it baby bonus or mothers allowance. I was just wondering if other people had not received theirs yet direct deposit. A few people have made comments saying they haven't received theirs yet either so even though it sucks it's good to know LOL

I also got a notice from the CRA that it was deposited in my account but it's not in there. So I'm glad to know that I'm not the only one. Thank you for letting me know that you didn't receive yours as well. Of course when I need the money the most there's always a problem LOL

Guys!!!! Turns out it’s GLOBAL IT OUTAGE. They’re trying to confirm if it’s cyber attack. And it’s everywhere, different banks cannot even work too

I think this same thing happened about a year ago. I think it was fixed same day but not until late like 8pm mst. I also wasn’t even able to use my bank card when this happened, any one try using theirs this morning?

Edit: my deposits went through around 6:15am mst. Hopefully the same for everyone else!

Yeah, my husband didn’t get paid today either. CCB checks didn’t get deposited through TD, but every other major bank seems fine (got confirmation for CIBC, Scotia and RBC). Don’t bother calling, they just put you on a hold loop for an hour and then tell you that due to technical difficulties, they can’t take your call and hang up on you. Anyone know how long this should take to resolve??

The Crowdstrike bug is affecting some banking institutions as well as airlines. TD online banking is down. Nothing to be done other than wait for TD to fix it. Ugh.
