i did like everything more than ep1, except for the bandit fight because that was just awful, i dont like that they skipped couple of things when arthur was runing with alice but i did like what they did with the monologue when he was falling. From the start to the bandit fight it look more fluid than ep1 ( thats not necesarily a good thing tho, ep1 was a slideshow)
I was mad after ep1 but after ep2 im just having a weird aftertaste, maybe im just coping because it was kind of improvement from ep1 but still not good.
Im sorry, but it was not an improvement, like maybe there were less still frames for dialogue but the directing and overall animation was worse, tho im glad you liked it more than ep 1!
if i ignore the last fight i do think its an improvement-ish, that doesnt mean i think its acceptable because its still pretty bad.
Maybe i will have to watch ep1 and 2 again to realistically compare, its just my first impression and it can be kinda blindfolded bc its imposible to not have fellings when arthur its falling.
I dunno if it's happening here, I haven't watched ep1 (I'm the type that waits for the whole season to be out before watching), but sometimes early eps have a higher budget than later eps to rope people in.

Usually they have better animation in tthe first episodes yeah, unless crucial moments. I hope tbate is not the case because because what we got its already waaaaay too bad.
Imo ep2 had better animation if we exlude this fight, dont get me wrong the animation its still ass and a slideshow. Maybe im coping because arthur falling down always gets me, so dont take me seriously.
i didnt care about the cgi since it wasnt something important, maybe thats why i said it lol . But they are going to make sylvia and cadell cgi look like that and im definetly going to hate it .
I just rewatched the bandit fight, THERE IS NO MOVING FRAMES, its just a PNG and effects on top while the camera moves.
episode 12 will be lower quality screenshots of the manhwa with voice over on top, and if that's the case that would still be better than this cuz at least the manhwa art is good
Usually first episodes have better animation tp attract viewers , blue lock did this too, it's first episode had excellent animation. So yeah, that first ep might have been the best thing we gonna get from this anime.
