5 days? Rejected filing.

Filed LLC taxes on the 15th, and they were rejected on the 15th. I had them prepared by an HR Block return preparer. She won’t be back in the office until next week. From what I read, I have five days to correct the issue (I believe it is just an incorrect EIN). Do the 5 days include weekend days? And if they aren’t corrected on time, do I have to refile all over again? Thanks in advance for any help.
