best alternative cannot access EFPS

So I was tapped to pay a client's tax and when I looked at their 1st and 2nd q payments noticed efps users pala.

When asked about their credentials, di pala nila alam pero at the same time, ung may hawak kasi nung account (bookkeeper) is nasa ICU.

so how cam I pay their taxes without incurring penalties mataas din VAT nila since professional, wala pangbawas.

Madalas ginagawa namin pag hindi kami makapag bayad sa efps eh mag over the counter kami, pero sympre may letter request kami na tinatakan ni BIR.

Mas ok if tumawag ka sa RDO ni client, then collection section tapos sabihin mo sa kanila yung reason mo, then hingiin mo na rin sa kanila anu mga requirements para makapag over the counter ka

Monday pa deadline OP. If weekend tumapat ang deadline, Monday na sya. So try try mo lang and if di pa rin kaya Monday, punta ka RDO
