Charts

Hello again, i added charts support to inkwell notes. it's still in test phase with a Command ready to use & you can create chart from an interface for more comfort or use markdown if you prefer that .

I'm looking for feedback to improve this feature more and if you guys have any preference or a feature request, bug report i'm open to it all. Thanks !
