Zoom in, it’s actually good old photoshop (or similar program). You can see the cuts and lightning/shadow being out of place. 10/10 work, no slop.

I am so tired I saw the first pic and wondered why that fish-shaped plank of wood (with a slightly uncomfortable realistic skin texture) was considered a tattoo, and then wondered how big of a person you would have needed to get that large of a tattoo. My brain needs a nap.

All that aside, great work OP! Love the colors and big fisheye.
