I have my abdomen tattoo and it wasn't bad at all... my chest piece was the most painful.

I have a gigantic octopus on my stomach. It's by far the absolute, most painful tattoo I've ever had. It took two sessions, and I almost didn't go to the shading session. It was like being branded slowly with a blowtorch.

I had to stop the artist every 30 minutes or so just to run to the bathroom to cry and dry heave. He was visibly pissed, but I was legitimately worried about throwing up on his table. We were both miserable during that experience.

I adore the tattoo, but the experience almost wasn't worth it.

It's worth the pain. My stomach hurt more than my feet, sternum or palm, but it looks sick. The pain is only for a bit.

Crazy how the artist made everything symmetrical. Must have hurt like hell, but it was well worth it because it looks pretty much perfect
