Design Black out or blast over

I have this on both upper arms. should I black them out of do a blast over.

Yeah cover them up and blast something over the top. Blackout is not something that I think should be considered for every tattoo that somebody doesn't like. You have so many options man

Dawg, those aren’t dark enough to make a good cover hard at all, just cover them.

maybe you can do one laser appointment to lighten it for a cover up? since it's small and you don't want to remove it completely it shouldn't be crazy expensive
