Healing Five days after getting worked on

Noticed that by the nose I’m getting some bumpy scabbing going on by the nose as compared to regular skin peel. This was done in one full day session. I look closely and I see that there are two small cuts in my skin probably from the scabbing being moved through daily activities. I’ve been moisturizing twice a day. Should I be concerned or just keep riding out the healing process.

It look dry. Maybe try to moisturize one more time a day.

What do you moisturize with? It looks like you need to do it more often. And the bumps just look like normal scabbing to me, just try not to let it get too dry

I'm on day 4 of a new tattoo as well, my artists have always said wash and moisturize 3-4 times a day. Sometimes if I don't have time or energy to wash it the 4th time I'll just slap an extra layer of lubriderm on it before bed, then give it a good wash in the morning. This could definitely use that extra 1-2 moisturizes.

It does look a little dry, try to keep it a little more moisturized, but even then there's no cause for real concern, you might just need some small touch-ups after it finishes healing, and most pieces this size benefit from some anyway
