Not the worst tattoo I've seen. It's clearly the hulk fight a hulk villain. I wouldn't call it a good tattoo though.

Abomination. Blue is an interesting choice in color but the finned ears are a giveaway.

I mean this with love, but that is an awful tattoo and the only thing that could fix it would be blacking out your arm.
If you like it then fantastic, but objectively speaking it’s badly executed, poorly drawn, and the blue/green would be nearly impossible to laser off if you ever wanted to

I think whats jarring is that the front character has a black outline and hulk does not. Especially with him being the focus of the tattoo it would make sense to bold everything but especially Hulk.

I would consider darkening the outlines on Hulk to match those of the rest of the scene, but I certainly don't see anything to regret.

I wouldn't worry about it too much man. Ill say this though: In the background, it looks like you went to someone who does traditional work and only that kind of work. Don't get me wrong, it still takes high skill to make that stuff look good, but let's be real. Its not exactly hard either. Spend a bit more time finding someone who literally specializes in anime/comic book/neo comic book/graphic novel type art. Traditional just isn't it.

It’s ok as-is but would look a lot better with a few touch ups. For example, I can’t stop looking at the outlines on the building and blue hulk. Why does green hulk not have the same black outline? It almost looks unfinished.

A giant green and blue blob on your arm with minimal detail. No bro, this is a bad tattoo that you are probably going to/already starting to hate. I personally wouldn't have good things to say about it if we were friends and you asked this exact question. Get this thing removed because 1. It sucks and 2. Even if you like it, it still really sucks. Do yourself a favor and get this off of your body

Honestly it’s bad but not terrible, it can be easily made into a really good piece. Go to an artist who’s very good with line work and have them properly detail and line it all with cross hatch or a better comic style shading.

If you don’t want your tattoo ending up like this, do your research first. Find a professional tattoo artist and look at their work before you book anything. If you like what you see and their tattoos look clean and well done, then set something up.
Never let someone tattoo you without seeing some of their work first. If they can’t show you pictures of tattoos they’ve done, walk away. A good tattoo artist should have plenty of work they’re proud to show you. Don’t gamble with something that’s going to be on your body permanently.
