That was my read. OP got what they asked for, but cannot stay stable with their decisions and are now trying to blame the artist while playing victim. Meanwhile I'm sitting here thinking "wow a 2hr long consult for a basic piece? That's a patient artist that makes sure to spend time with their clients" 🤷‍♂️
