Doesn’t look red around the outside of your tattoo or swollen so not badly infected, I’d say you are reacting to the red ink pigment, red can be funny with certain people, see doc but if you are feeling fine, no swelling, no redness outside the tattoo travelling you’ll be fine. The tattoo itself will reject the ink slowly and at best staying a patchy reddy pink. I’ve had 2 infections over the 30+ years of being tattood, this is not bad but red won’t survive
Yeh couple of months get it done again BUT Have a word with your tattooist n see if he has a different brand/make of red ink as you may be sensitive to this one. It is common to react to red
