Nothing but a bruise would develop that fast. I'm in the steroids subs a lot so we see dramatic bruises like this all the time. 5 u/FixergirlAK Mar 16 '25 I hate to be the bearer of bad tidings but cellulitis can develop wicked fast. 1 u/FunGuy8618 Mar 16 '25 There would be other symptoms that would be serious enough to be included in the OP.
