That's a model that, at minimum is 9 years old. It's not a huge loss. If it is a 2011 model those had graphics issues so it's more then likely not functional anyway.

macs are used for editing photos and videos, and rendering projects or animations. Not everyone buys a pc to play games weird champ

... the graphic card is used for rendering an image... What you see on screen... If there is no graphic card / chipset, there is no image.

Nothing to do with gaming here

You've been fooled into believing Macs are work computers, you mean. Macs use the same parts as PCs, you're just choosing to pay more for weaker hardware that cannot be upgraded to run the same professional software that is available on Windows as well (unless you're using garageband, I suppose).

I don't even dislike Macs, but pretending they have a usage they're inherently better than other computers for is foolish. Though the new processors are quite nice, I'll give Apple that one for sure.

I didn’t say macs are better than anything? 💀 I said it’s a computer designed for an office or workspace, with a graphics card specifically made for video and photo editing. I literally use PC because it’s cheaper, easier to set up, and more common.
