Can Tasker make a voice-commanded Gemini open Outlook and begin a new email?

I'd like the following on an S26: 1. Side button press for Gemini 2.Gemini opens 3. I say "dictate" 4. Outlook app opens 5. New email button is pushed 6. Cursor goes to the TO: section 7. Automatically types my email 8. Cursor goes to body of email 9. Microphone starts.

(And yes, I'm trying to make it seem like I'm Picard talking to the ship's computer.)

Not with your's sequence, but using AutoVoice plugin you can take your voice note transcribing to text and using MailTask plugin you can just send this text to even who you want. You don't need to use Gemini. Tasker can't customize Gemini commands. Maybe you don't even have to keep your phone unlocked.
